What is this? How can I start living healthy?
What is this?
This isn’t a workout plan or a diet. It’s a full approach for having a healthy lifestyle so that you feel great and energetic. Following this will also make you look like a fitness model.
A short story
There was a guy in his early 20s who was doing what most of his peers did. He would go to the gym and eat healthy. He would work out for all the muscle groups because he wanted to look good and be strong. He would eat his chicken, rice and vegetables. For summer he would cut down weight and for the winter he would bulk up to gain muscle.
But no matter what he did he’d always feel like he was in his 60s. He’d often ask himself questions like “Why do I feel so tired all the time?”, “How can I have more energy?”, “Isn’t eating food supposed to give me energy?”, “Am I depressed?” and so on.
His efforts didn’t seem to give any noticeable results. But he managed to break this cycle.
